Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica Bedford

The manager was very nice and understanding when my autistic 6yo wanted to get to the pool that was closed for maintenance for a couple of hours. She said that her own child is on spectrum too and she understands how deeply disturbing any disruption of plans can be for those kids. She extended our check out by 3 hours and offered to pick up free of charge any items from the store in the lobby.

We got a last-minute stay here, knocking the price down to our desired price range, and thought it was just fine. Not a true luxury place by any stretch, but well above average. The desk personnel were friendly and helpful. It's safe and quiet, being somewhat remote from commercial strips (I suspect it's mostly used for businesspeople coming to conferences) but as there's a reasonably priced and spacious bistro-style restaurant off the lobby, which even has individual TVs in booths, you don't really need to be near the Applebees and McDonalds on a state highway. (The lunch or dinner menu was reasonable; the breakfast seemed quite pricy, so we went to a local diner for that.) On the whole, a fine experience.

Clean and comfortable. Had a nice staff.

Room was comfortable and bed Pillows were great.

Check in and out were both very easy. The room was neat and comfortable. The coffee is the bistro was excellent.
